Purchase of equipment — 100 sets of protective uniforms.
The set consists of:
— 1 firefighting helmet with a viewfinder and neck protector,
— 2 firefighting suite (fire guard is two-part: jacket and pants),
— 3 protective firefighting gloves,
— firefighting shoes.
WARNING:
The purchase of the 100 sets of protection uniform is in accordance with the Rulebook on the type and appearance of the uniform, the type of protected equipment and the manner of checking and examining its suitability. (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 19/06).

The contracting authority reserves the right not later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of bids on its own initiative or on the basis of requests for clarification by the bidders to amend or supplement the tender documentation, and immediately inform all economic operators that have obtained the documentation. In the case of amendments to the tender documentation, the contracting authority shall extend the deadline for submission of bids for at least 6 days. In the case of a change and an amendment to the tender documents published on the ESPP and the extension of the deadline, the contracting authority is obliged to publish the amendment made by ESPP, after which all economic operators that have taken tender documentation by the time of the amendment will receive automatic electronic notification that an amendment to the specific listing has been published.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: To prove its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years has not been announced verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy procedure by the competent authority,
— Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy liquidation procedure by the competent authority,
— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,
— Certificate from the registry of penalties for committed crimes that the company has not been imposed minor penalty…
… ban on participation in public tender procedures, in the award of public procurement contracts and in public-private partnerships,
… for temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity,
— Confirmation that with a final sentence it has not been imposed a sanction ban on performing profession.

Техничка и професионална способност:
To qualify as capable of carrying out the public procurement contract in terms of its technical or professional capability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:- Experience in successfully executed contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last 3 years for at least one contracting authority or legal entity.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimum requirements of sub-item 2.5.1 by submitting: List of successfully executed contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last three years, with values of the contracts, dates of concluding, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate for performed deliveries issued by the recipients or if such certificates can not to be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with his declaration of performed deliveries.
