— confirmation letter issued by the Register of Criminal Offences of Legal Entities, certifying that no subsidiary…

… prohibition has been imposed on it for participating in public tender procedures, being awarded public procurement contracts, as well as public-private partnership contracts thereof,

… temporary or permanent prohibition has been imposed on it for exercising specific business operation,

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) Statement testifying that the Economic Operator disposes of web system for problem reporting (Help Desk Web Application) and a paper describing the problem reporting procedure, as well as describing the application it shall use;

2) The Economic Operator is required to enclose a list of certified staff members or outsourced technical staff members, by enclosing pertinent certificates, to serve as evidence of professionalism and area of action for:

— minimum 1 (one) certificate HP Master Accredited System Engineer or equivalent,

— minimum 2 (two) certificates released by the software manufacturer on the offered system backup software,

— minimum 2 (two) certificates IBM Certified Specialist Storwize V7000, released by the IBM manufacturer,

— minimum 2 (two) certificates Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, released by Microsoft manufacturer,

— minimum 1 (one) certificate Oracle 11G Administrator Certified Associate or its later version, released by Oracle manufacturer,

— minimum 1 (one) certificate MDS Fabric Switching, released by Cisco manufacturer,

— minimum 1 (one) certificate CUCE Certified 10 Engineer or Certified Linux Engineer 10, or its later versions, released by the manufacturer,

— minimum 1 (one) certificate VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization or its later version, issued by VMware manufacturer,

— minimum 2 (two) certificates IBM Certified System Administrator AIX, released by IBM manufacturer,

— minimum 1 (one) certificate IBM Certified System Expert Virtualization Support for AIX and Linux, released by the manufacturer.

2) The Economic Operator should dispose of staff members or outsourcing technical staff, that is, hired accredited technical staff members, who shall be available throughout the Contract duration, including:
