— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty…
… - ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,
… — temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict,

— license for private security services i.e. physical and technical security services, issued by the Ministry of Interior (in accordance with the Law on Private Security — Official Gazette of RM nº 166/12, 164/13, 148/15 and 193/15).
Техничка и професионална способност:
— copies of contracts with Economic Operators for a minimum of 20 (twenty) contracts for regular physical security services and a minimum of 20 (twenty) contracts for patrol security and video surveillance services in the last 3 years,
— evidence-certificate for issued 200 (two hundred) official identification cards by the Chamber for private security of the Republic of Macedonia and M1/M2 forms, and copies of legitimations,— martial arts certificates issued by a competent authority,

— evidence-copy of licenses for radio frequency usage issued by AEC on its own behalf for the whole territory of the Republic of Macedonia,

— evidence that the Economic Operator has 30 (thirty) patrol vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, equipped with a GPS system during the intervention and sensors installed in the vehicles,
— evidence that the Economic Operator owns 20 portable encrypted radio communication devices, (invoice for purchased equipment),
— evidence of the existence of a monitoring centre, a video-monitoring centre with a video server and software management with 24/7 recording and archiving of video material,
— a true copy of the original Certificate ISO 9001:2008 — a true copy of the original OHSAS Certificate 18001:2007.
