IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:
— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last 5 years,
— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,
— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,
— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,
— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced —…
… prohibition from participation in public call procedures, awarding of public procurement contracts of public-private partnership partnerships contracts,
… temporary or permanent interdiction for exercising certain business activity, and,
— Certificate stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced under a final judgment — interdiction to exercise certain profession or business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction for exercising certain business activity issued by the competent authority.

Documents necessary to establish the economic and financial capacity of the economic operator:
— Statement of the company’s total turnover (Income statement information issued by the competent authority, i.e. a audited Income statement) for the last three financial years, showing that the economic operator has generated a total income of at least MKD 30 000 000 in the last 3 financial years.

Техничка и професионална способност:
1. Description of the technical equipment and competence of the economic operator:
— It shall own a vehicle for transport of hazardous materials in compliance with the ADR regulations.
2. Engaged technical personnel:
— It shall employ at least 3 licensed radiographers for nondestructive testing (NDT level 2) certified under MKS EN ISO 9712:2013 or equivalent,
— It shall employ at least 1 international engineer for welding (INJE)
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Minimum criteria to establish to establish the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator: Engaged technical personnel: It shall employ at least 3 licensed radiographers for nondestructive testing (NDT level 2) certified under ISO 91/12 – It shall employ at least 1 international engineer for welding (INJE)
