— statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been pronounced a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor penalty for banning participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership agreements,

A certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition for performing a particular activity,

— confirmation that a final verdict has not imposed a misdemeanor sanction ban on performing a profession, activity or duty, or a temporary ban on performing a particular activity.

Document for registered activity (ID form) issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia or a document that belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered:

— a copy of a valid license for performing private security in the form of provision of services, issued by a competent body for fulfilling the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law that relate to the subject of the contract:

1) License for performing private security in the form of provision of services: Physical security;

2) License for performing private security in the form of provision of services: Technical security;

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to have at least 15 persons who possess official identity cards and licenses for physical security, issued by the Chamber for Securing Property and Persons of the Republic of Macedonia,

— have at least 3 persons who possess official identification cards and licenses for technical security, issued by the Chamber for Securing Property and Persons of the Republic of Macedonia,

— to hold certificate for association in the Chamber of RM,

— to possess a certificate for protection of personal data issued by the Directorate for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Macedonia,

— to have licenses for possession of firearms owned by the legal entity,

— to have or possess a minimum of 3 vehicles.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— a copy of valid physical security licenses issued by the Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia to at least 15 persons employed by the economic operator,

— a copy of valid technical security licenses issued by the Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia to at least 3 persons employed by the economic operator,

— confirmation of the issued official identification cards for physical security from the Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia, at least 15 persons employed by the economic operator or a copy of the identification cards,

— certificate of issued official identification cards for technical security from the Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia, at least 3 persons employed by the economic operator or a copy of the identification card,

— list of employees with the economic operator who have a license and identification card for physical and technical security,

— certificate for association in the Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia for private security,

— certificate for protection of personal data issued by the Directorate for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Macedonia,

— statement that he owns a permit for possession of firearms,

— evidence that he has at least three patrol vehicles (traffic permits, purchase agreement, invoices, leasing contracts, inventory list, etc.).
