IV.2.1) In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction – ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
IV.2.2) Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:
Document for registered professional activity.
Proof issued by a competent authority for meeting the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law that refer to the subject of the contract, i.e., — License "B" issued by a competent authority, submitting a contract for cooperation with the travel agency that holds a license "A" and the license itself, or — License "A" issued by a competent authority, which covers the sale of airline tickets in regular international air traffic for travel agencies, in accordance with the Tourism Law.

NB: The established proof is only required to be submitted if a tourist agency is the bidder.

Technical or professional capability of the economic operator:
Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
1) A contract for the use of at least one global reservation system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Gabriel, or other appropriate global reservation system,
2) A statement on the persons engaged in the performance of the subject of the contract, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator, by submitting evidence for the minimum required persons — M1/M2 forms, contract of employment, etc., and the required certificates,

3) Report or listing for the sale of a minimum of 2 500 net segments for each of the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017) issued by the global reservation system or its representative,
4) Notification of the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor.
IV.2.5) Standards for quality systems:
1) To own an IATA certificate (confirmation) or membership contract for the current year. The economic operator proves the fulfilment of the standards by submitting the IATA certificate (confirmation) or membership contract for the current year

Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
1) To have concluded a contract for the use of at least one global reservation system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Gabriel, or other appropriate global reservation system,
2) To have at least 2 (two) persons engaged for the performance of the subject of the contract, of which - a minimum of 1 (one) person to hold a certificate for the sale of air tickets in regular international traffic issued by an authorized school center or a school center of the airlines-members of the IATA association; — a minimum of 1 (one) person to hold a certificate for using at least one global reservation system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Gabriel or other relevant global reservation system

3) To have sold a minimum of 2500 net segments for each of the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017)
IV.2.5) Standards for quality systems:
1) To own an IATA certificate (confirmation) or membership contract for the current year. The economic operator proves the fulfilment of the standards by submitting the IATA certificate (confirmation) or membership contract for the current year
