Super Control Over the Construction of the Main Gas Pipeline

Joint Stock Company for performing energy activities Macedonian Energy Resources Skopje in state ownership (MER JSC Skopje)

The subject of the procurement shall be the Super control over the construction of the main gas pipeline, the project “Gasification of the Republic of Macedonia – phase 1 – section Stip – Negotino – Bitola and section Skopje – Tetovo – Gostivar”.
Detailed description of the public procurement contract is given in the technical specifications that are an integral part of the tender documentation.
The subject of the contract is inseparable. In the bid, the bidder should include all constituents, otherwise the bid shall be considered unacceptable. The subject of the auction shall be the total price including all fees and discounts and import duties with VAT excluded.

The economic operator should provide a document for registered business activity or a proof that it belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered. Foreign economic operators should follow the relevant provisions of the Law on public procurement in order to meet this condition.

The Bidder should possess a Licence A for design, Licence A for revision and Licence A for supervision over the construction of I category constructions issued by the competent authority in the country under the Law on construction or if the bidder is a foreign legal entity, it is obliged to observe the provisions of Article 42 of the Law on construction.
