To prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
— statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been pronounced a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority
— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that it has not imposed a minor penalty ban on participation in public call procedures,
— certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that a minor penalty has not been pronounced temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity,
— confirmation that a final misdemeanor sanction a ban on performing a profession, activity or duty, or a temporary ban on performing a particular activity that has not been pronounced with a final verdict.
In order to prove the professional ability, the economic operator should submit:
— document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract (DRD-Form) or proof that it belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where is registered,

— a copy of the license for performing energy activity, trade in oil and oil derivatives issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.

— list of successfully executed contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last 3 years, with values of the contracts, dates of concluding buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation of the performed deliveries, issued by the recipients or if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator only with his declaration of executed deliveries.
