Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The contracting authority shall

Exclude from the procedure for awarding a public procurement contract, any economic operator that:

— Within the last 5 years has had a legally effective judgment pronounced against him/her for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— Is subject to a bankruptcy procedure or a liquidation procedure,

— Has unpaid taxes, contributions or other public dues,

— That has a misdemeanor sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her and,

— That gives false information or fails to submit the data requested by the contracting authority to prove his/her personal circumstance, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

—— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last five years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her,

—— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a…

… bankruptcy procedure initiated by a competent authority,

… liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority,

—— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanor sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

To prove the capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator will have to submit a document for a registered activity as a proof that the operator is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to perform an activity related to the public procurement contract or proof of membership in an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the operator is registered.

III.2.2) Economic and financial abili.

List of main deliveries to tenderers or candidates made in the last three years (2015, 2016,2 017) with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities), by providing a minimum 1 (one) certificate of delivery from the Contracting Authority in the amount at least from the value of this public procurement by parts (PART 1 = 20 000 000.00, PART 2 = 2 000 000,00 PART 3 = 1 000 000,00, PART 4 = 5 300 000,00, PART 5 = 1 700 000,00)

— Statement or proof of possession or rental of a storage space for winter tires and winter tires

— Statement that he owns or rented a minimum of 4 (four) service centers for changing tires on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, in which the statement should include the address equipped with:

—— at least 1 (one) tire removal and assembly machine,

—— at least 1 (one) tire balancing machine,

— announces that for the entire duration of the contract there will be employed or engaged with a contract for the work of at least two persons with the required qualifications for performing the following: dismantling and mounting of tires, gluing, balancing and changing of tires, valve change

— The announcement that it has a service vehicle in order to be able to promptly remove the defect of tires (its dismantling, sticking and mounting or changing) on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. Macedonia — another copy of the traffic book.
