— statement from the economic operator confirming that in the last 5 years it has not received final verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated, issued by relevant authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated, issued by relevant authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees issued by relevant authority from the country where the economic operator is incorporated,

— confirmation from the registry of penalties for committed criminal offences by legal entities, verifying that the legal entity has not been served with secondary verdict for ban from public procurement participation, awards of public procurement contracts and public-private partnerships,

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed criminal offences by legal entities, verifying that the legal entity has not been served with secondary verdict for temporary or permanent ban from performing a particular activity,

— confirmation that there is no final verdict enforcing misdemeanor sanction — ban from performing profession, activity or duty, specifically, temporary ban from performing a particular activity.

Statement that the economic operator has technical inspection station for vehicles which is located within 15km from auto base Avtokomanda and with minimum 4.3m height of the entrance door. Statement that the economic operator has technical inspection station for vehicles which is located within 15km from auto base Gjorce Petrov and with minimum 4.3m height of the entrance door.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Lot 1 — The economic operator must have vehicle technical inspection station within 15km from auto base Avtokomanda (located at: Boulevard A. Makedonski 10, 1000 Skopje) with minimum 4.3m height of the entrance door (in order to be able to service the double-decker buses).

For Lot 2 — The economic operator must have vehicle technical inspection station within 15km from auto base Gjorce Petrov (located at: 4th of July Street, 1000 Skopje) with minimum 4.3m height of the entrance door (in order to be able to service the double-decker buses),
