— document for registered activity, proving that it is registered as legal or natural entity capable for performing activities related to the contract subject of public procurement or proof of its membership in appropriate professional association in accordance with the provisions valid in the domicile country.

2.3.2. The Economic Operator shall prove the fulfillment of condition from item 2.3.1. by submitting of:
— Licence/ Decision that is issued by Competent State Authority and that permits carrying out business activities related to insurance, it has to contain stated insurance classes and
— Current economic/financial status

Positive Financial results according to the audited financial reports for the business years of 2015/ 2016/2017.

— income statement of the company, issued by the Competent Authority, i.e. audited income statement and balance sheet in the area covered by the contract subject mostly of the last 3financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date that a company is established or has commenced with work and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:
1) The minimum risk transfer in reinsurance by the Economic Operator to be over its self-insured retention level for the class Liability Insurance.
2) Economic Operator has reinsurance coverage from the reinsurance company over the level of its self-insured retention level, so that the placement of the reinsurance company to be at risk is up to maximum of 60 % if the reinsurance company has a credit rating A - (minus) determined by S & P or equivalent to another credit rating agency, or at least 40 % of the placement of risk exposure, to be transferred to the reinsurance company with a credit rating of A determined by S & P or equivalent to another credit rating agency.

3) Mandatory application of the Clause CUT-THROUGH Clause LSW 1622 in the Reinsurance Contract of EO.

5) Gross written premium of EO for the years of 2015, 2016 and 2017 to be an average of minimum of 500 000 000 MKD annually.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
1) Statement by the Economic Operator for the amount of its self-insured retention for the year of 2018, per the class – Liability Insurance.
2) Statement from EO that in case of selecting his Bid as most favorable offer for the procurement. the EO will conclude an agreement with the Reinsurance Broker and/or Reinsurance retrocessioner, with mandatory clause regarding the manner of risk placement in accordance with the minimum requirement defined in article 2.5.1. item 2.

3) Statement from EO that in case of selecting his bid as most favorable offer for the procurement., the EO will conclude after the conclusion of the same an agreement with the Reinsurance Broker and/or Reinsurance retrocessioner, with obligatory clause CUT-THROUGH Clause LSW 1622.

4) Statement from the Economic Operator that in case of selecting his bid as most favorable offer for the procurement, the EO will conclude contract after the finalization of the same contract, an agreement with the reinsurance Broker and/or Reinsurance retrocessioner, with obligatory clauses: „Reinsurance underwriting and Claims control Clause AVN 41A“, Terrorism coverage Clause AV52F, Extended Coverage Endorsement AVN52G on War, Hi-Jacking Exclusion Clause AVN48B, “Global Aerospace ATC’s Clause 099A”.
