Documentation about income of the company, and the balance sheet and income statement from the company issued from the relevant authorities for the last 3 years.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: The company must not have losses in the last 3 years of operations.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— statement of the number of vehicles used by the Economic Operator (EO) containing the type of vehicle and the number of the registration plates. A copy of a valid traffic license and whether the mentioned vehicles are available or not for the relations for which the EO applies,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— for every relation for which the EO has supplied an offer he should have at his disposal an appropriate number of vehicles depending on the number of students and the number of seats must match the number of students,
— number of drivers must match the number of used vehicles,
— for every vehicle he must own valid documents for meeting the technical exploitation conditions.

Payment will be by deferred payment, after invoices have been delivered, and after funds from the Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia have been received, according to the contract.
