Legal Entities who will be awarded the contract should drive the students from their homes to the primary schools and the secondary school on the territory of Municipality of Sveti Nikole.

To prove the personal situation the economic operators should provide the following documents:

— a statement from the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been pronounced a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated,

— certificate for paid tax contributions and other public fees from a competent Authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— certificate from the registry of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that is has not been imposed a minor penalty ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership agreements,

— confirmation that a final verdict has not pronounced a misdemeanor sanction — a ban on performing a profession activity or temporary ban on performing a particular activity,

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal enteties that it has not imposed a minor penalty, temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity.

To prove his professional situation the economic operator should provide:

— document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract (DRD-Form) or evidence that it belongs to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registrated,

— license for separate line transport.
