— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,

— list of main services (minimum 10) that refers to the service, prepared and signed by the economic operator. The list of main services is required to contain values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economics operators). In addition to the list there should be submitted minimum 3 contracts in scanned form. Copies from M1/M2 form or contracts for business cooperation agreement for minimum 9 graduated architects of which at least for 7 to be submitted an authorization for the urban plan development .Copies from M1/M2 form or contracts for business cooperation agreement for minimum 1 graduated civil engineer for infrastructure with minimum A for design . Copies from M1/M2 form or contracts for business cooperation agreement for minimum 1 graduated traffic engineer.

The economic operator must have employed or engaged at least 9 graduated architects, of whom at least 7 have the authority for urban plan development. The economic operator must have employed or engaged at least 1 graduated civil engineer for infrastructure with a minimum authority A for design. The economic operator must have employed or engaged at least 1 graduated traffic engineer.
