In evidence of the personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following documents: — statement of the economic operator that in the past 5 years he has not been awarded verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, — certificate that there is not bankruptcy procedure, issued by a competent body, — certificate that there is no liquidation procedure, issued by a competent body, — certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties, issued by the competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered, — certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that there is no ban for the legal entity for participation in public tendering procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership contracts, — certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that there is no penalty in the form of temporary ban or permanent ban on performing certain activity, — certificate establishing that there is no valid legal sentence declaring a misdemeanor sanction ban against performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban against performance of certain activity. Standards for quality systems: — ISO 9001 and OHSAS – 18001 as evidence for the quality systems standard, the operator shall prove fulfilment of these standards by submitting: a copy of a valid certificate ISO 9001 and OHSAS — 18001 — Standards for environmental management: — ISO 14001 – as evidence for the environmental management standard, the operator shall prove fulfilment of the standard by submitting: a copy of a valid certificate ISO 14001.

— document for registered activity for the purposes of proving the eligibility to pursue a professional activity, the bidder shall have at disposal a document for a registered activity as a proof that he has been established as a natural or legal person for pursuit of the activity concerning the scope of the public procurement contract, or shall be a member of a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of its establishment,

— the entity should have at their possession a B license for constructions of the second category, also acceptable is license A for buildings, whereas the entity should file copy of construction License B or License A.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Necessary documents to evidence the economic and financial standing of the economic operator:

— statement of financial position and data from the profit and loss account, issued by a competent body.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum criteria for establishment of the economic operator’s economic and financial standing: total turnover of 90 000 000,00 MKD in the last 3 years (2015, 2017).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— minimum 2 (two) realized agreements in the period from 2015, as of December 2018 for construction works/refurbishment/reconstruction/adaptation of building contraction, of which, one with minimum amount of 25 000 000,00 MKD, for all agreements the entity should mandatorily submit certificates of performance for the works issued by the Contracting Authorities,

— certificate from ESA (Employment Service Agency of R. Macedonia), certifying the number of employees, issued at latest 15 days from the date states as the deadline for submission of bids.

— minimum 10 employees, of which at least 2 engineers (architect and/or construction and/or mechanical engineer and/or electrical engineer) with B construction license, also acceptable shall be a construction license.
