— statement of economic operator that in the last five years there was no effective conviction for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that any competent authority has initiated no open…

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public payments by competent authority in the country where the economic operator has been registered in,

— certificate from the register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no minor penalty that prohibits participation in procedures for public announcement, awarding contracts on public procurements and contract for public-private partnership

— certificate from register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity

— certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on - interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity realization.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— balance sheet certified by competent authority i.e. revised balance sheet or extracts of the balance sheet in cases when the publishing of balance sheet is proscribed by law in the country of registration of the economic operator,

— extract of the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by competent authority i.e. revised income statement) and, where appropriate, extract of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date of incorporation or the date of commencement of operation of the enterprise and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: Minimum 7 000 000 MKD in total income in the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017).
Техничка и професионална способност:

1) Educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or their professional staff, and in particular, the persons responsible for providing the specific service (by stating their name and surname and the function they perform according to the aforementioned requirement) by attaching the diplomas for completed education for the forestry engineer and the agriculture engineer.

2) Statement of technical equipment and capability of the economic operator for other potentials available to them for performing the specific services and quality assurance with detailed display of the equipment available to the bidder by attaching invoices, driving licenses, customs declarations or evidence for donation or gift.

3) Notification on the contract elements that the bidder intends to assign to a contractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) The bidder should have available a minimum of 26 employees, of which:

— 2 persons minimum for quality control of services: forestry engineer with higher education and agricultural engineer with higher education,

— 1 person minimum for maintaining the irrigation system for the Vila 1 building,

— 1 person minimum for providing the services in the Government of Republic of North Macedonia,

— 4 persons minimum for providing the services in the…

… buildings NIP Nova Makedonija and Villa 1,

… Building Complex Villa 2 and 3,

— 2 persons minimum for providing the services in the building of the Club of State Administration Bodies,

— 1 person minimum for providing the services in the building of NRTV,

— 4 persons minimum for performing the services in the Complex of Villas Ohrid,

— 1 person minimum for providing the services in Villa Dojran,

— 2 mobile crews minimum, composed of 3 persons each.

2) The bidder should have at disposal: lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaw for trees and branches, hedge shears, cutting trimmers, garbage truck and other tools and equipment required to provide the services.
