Економска и финансиска состојба:

The economic operator should have positive performance, to generate total revenue in the last 3 (three) years (collectively for 2015, 2016, 2017) in the amount of the value of the public procurement contract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Copy of the balance sheet and income statement for 2015, 2016 and 2017, certified by a competent authority, i.e. a revised balance sheet or excerpts from the Statement of Accounts in cases where the disclosure of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— the economic operator shall have experience in the delivery of goods, similar to the subject of this procurement performed in the last three (3) years (2016, 2017, 2018) with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators),

— to have a service space in the territory of the Republic of Macedonia (authorized by the manufacturer of the offered vehicle) for servicing the vehicle during the warranty period (warranty period specified in the technical specification),

— for an entire duration of the contract, there should be employed or engaged persons through an agency for temporary employment, a minimum of 2 (two) persons with the necessary qualifications, especially the persons responsible for providing the particular service — servicing within the warranty period, regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator,

— it is equipped with a service vehicle in order to timely (within 24 hours in any weather conditions) removing the defect on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. Macedonia.

— as evidence that it has a service space on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia own/leased/contract for business technical cooperation service,

— statement that for the whole duration of the contract there will be technical staff employed or engaged through an agency for temporary employment of at least 2 (two) persons with the necessary qualifications, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator,

— statement that it has a service vehicle in order to be able to remedy the defect in the territory of the Republic of Macedonia in a timely manner. Macedonia — a copy of a traffic card.
