— declare a statement that the economic operator will ensure…

… technical and educated staff, responsible for installation of the equipment, servicing and staff training enclosed with certificate issued by the manufacturer of the equipment,

… equipment warranty for 3 years commencing from the delivery date and installation of the equipment and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare parts,

— declare s statement that in the upcoming period of 8 years will provide spare parts,

— for part 4 – Authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment,

— declare a statement that the selected best bidder during the first…

… year of the implementation of the procurement subject will ensure 7 day’s training for 2 physicians in the referent centers where the equipment has been installed,

… 3 years of the implementation of the procurement subject, shall provide preferably 5 proctor visits who shall train the staff to use the equipment as agreed with the PHI University Clinic for cardiology.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— the economic operator must provide a decision for medical aids registered in the register of medical aids in Republic of Macedonia or approval for parallel import of medical aids or temporary approval for parallel import of medical aids,

— the economic operator will ensure technical and educated staff, responsible for installation of the equipment, servicing and staff training enclosed with certificate issued by the manufacturer of the equipment,

— the economic operator will ensure equipment warranty for 3 years commencing from the delivery date and installation of the equipment and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare parts,

— in the upcoming period of 8 years will provide spare parts,

— in addition to the aforementioned, for part 4 the economic operator shall provide – Authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment; the selected best bidder during the first year of the implementation of the procurement subject will ensure 7 day’s training for 2 physicians in the referent centers where the equipment has been installed; the selected best bidder during the first 3 years of the implementation of the procurement subject, shall provide preferably 5 proctor visits who shall train the staff to use the equipment as agreed with the PHI University Clinic for cardiology.
