Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been pronounced against the economic operator within the past 5 years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanor sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

Capacity for performing professional activity of the economic operator:

Certificate for registered activity – DRD certificate and decision for wholesale trade with medical aids with the law on pharmaceuticals and medical aids.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— for Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the subject of procurement, a statement by the economic operator for a secured expert who will be in charge of installing, maintaining and servicing the equipment, together with a certificate of expert trained in servicing equipment issued by the equipment manufacturer. If the expert is not employed or is engaged with the economic operator, the economic operator must also provide proof that it will be available to the economic operator for servicing of the offered equipment within and outside the warranty period (agreement with the repairman or with the legal entity where the repairer is employee),

— for Part 9 of the subject of procurement: authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment issued on behalf of the economic operator to authorize it to distribute, maintain and service the offered equipment,

— for all parts of the subject of procurement: statement by the economic operator that it will provide service and spare parts after the warranty period expires at least 5 years from the delivery of the equipment.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— for Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the subject of procurement, the economic operator shall have secured an expert for installation, maintenance and servicing of the equipment possessing a certificate for servicing the offered equipment for the specific part of the procurement an offer issued by the equipment manufacturer,

— for Part 9 of the subject of procurement, the economic operator should be authorized by the manufacturer of the offered equipment for distribution, maintenance and servicing of the equipment,

— for all parts of the subject of procurement, the economic operator…

… should provide spare parts for servicing the equipment, at least 5 years after the delivery of the equipment,

… shall have provided at least 1 expert, for training and technical support of the staff of the contracting authority for handling the equipment.
