1) Translation of acts and other documents of the EU from English, French, German or Italian into Macedonian language;
2) Translation of legal acts and other relevant documents of the Republic of North Macedonia and materials of the contracting authority from Macedonian into English, French, German or Italian language;
3) Revision of the translated EU acts into Macedonian language, in accordance with the Manual for Translation of EU acts published by SEA.
By concluding a framework agreement for issuing orders without re-opening of the competitive procedure.

Services for Preparation of the National Version of the Acquis — Written translation of EU acts, national acts, other documents relevant for the European integration process and written translation of other materials of the Secretariat for European Affairs:

Approximately 16 000 pages (1 500 characters without space, with footnotes) are to be revised by the end of 2019 and approximately 64 000 pages (1 500 characters without space, with footnotes) are to be translated for the period of duration of the framework agreement.

The components of the procurement are fully compatible and are for the purpose of ensuring best quality of the translated and revised texts, with the aim to successfully transpose the EU Acquis into the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia.
