Способност за вршење на стручната дејност: Document for registered activity.
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copy of 3 completed contracts related to the procurement subject (procurement and montage of elevators in the past 3 years, including Certificate of functional adequacy. A recommendation from the purchasers conformed to the enclosed agreement shall be deemed as acceptable certificate. If such confirmation is not available, then a simple statement for performed services by the economic operator shall be deemed as acceptable (a proof that the economic operator has tried to provide certificate from the service recipients must be enclosed.),

— Declare a statement that the economic operator during the procurement and installation of the elevators in the health facilities, shall conform with the European Commission Directives: 95/16 / EC (for lifts), 98/37 / EC (for the machine part),

— A copy of M1 / M2, a cooperation agreement or declared statement for engaged at least one Mechanical or Electro engineer responsible for montage and service of the equipment subject to the procurement and CV as proof of minimum 3 (three) years relevant working experience,

— A copy of M1 / M2, cooperation agreement or declared statement for engaged at least 3 (three) technical educated / trained persons responsible for installing and servicing the equipment subject to procurement, and CV as proof of a minimum 3 (three) years relevant working experience,

— Declare a statement that the economic operator will ensure equipment warranty for 2 years commencing from the delivery date and installation of the equipment and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare parts, as well as to intervene if needed within 3 hours at the most from the report,

— Declare s statement that in the post-warranty period of 7 years will provide spare parts,

— Declare statement for the contract’s parts which shall be transferred to subcontractors, if any.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator has completed 3 contracts related to the procurement subject (procurement and montage of elevators in the past 3 years, including Certificate of functional adequacy);

— During the procurement and installation of the elevators in the health facilities, shall conform with the European Commission Directives: 95/16 / EC (for lifts), 98/37 / EC (for the machine part),

— Employed or engaged at least one Mechanical or Electro engineer for montage and service of the equipment subject to the procurement and CV as proof of minimum 3 (three) years relevant working experience,

— Employed or engaged at least 3 (three) technical educated / trained persons responsible for installing and servicing the equipment subject to procurement, and CV as proof of a minimum 3 (three) years relevant working experience,

— Warranty of the equipment for 2 years commencing from the delivery date and installation of the equipment and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare parts, as well as to intervene if needed within 3 hours at the most from the report,

— Providing spare parts in the post-warranty period of 7 years,

— Notice for the contract’s parts which shall be transferred to subcontractors, if any.
