Monthly inspections for maintenance and servicing of elevator and elevator components in residential buildings managed by the Joint Stock Company for Construction and Management of Residential and Commercial Property Significant to the Country, according to the specification for the cities — Skopje, Bitola, Resen, Demir Hisar, Ohrid, Prilep, Kichevo, Kochani, Berovo, Makedonska Kamenica, Delchevo, Shtip, Kavadarci Veles and Strumica. Pursuant to Article 20 of the “Rulebook on Use and Maintenance of Elevators and Transporters” (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 26/09), the regular maintenance and servicing of elevators and elevator components in residential buildings managed by the Joint Stock Company for Construction and Management of Residential and Commercial Property Significant to the Country is carried out once a month and covers the activities that are in accordance with the specification attached herein.

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

In order to prove the capability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity — DRA template, as a proof that it has been registered as a natural person or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or a proof that it belongs to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the economic operator is registered.
