The contractual party checks whether the subject whose capacity is being used by the economic operator fulfils the conditions necessary for qualitative choice.

The supplier of the delivery is obliged to deliver the amounts which are subject of the agreement successively, in accordance with the purchaser’s needs and in accordance with a previously submitted order, thus the purchaser is not obliged to fulfill the complete amount stated in Article 1 of this agreement.

The supplier is obliged to deliver the amounts which are subject of the agreement in a period of 3 (three) days from the day of the receipt of the order, to the hospital pharmacy in the Public Health Institution Specialized hospital for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases — Ohrid, settlement ‘St. Stefan’ b.b. and the expiry date of the dispensable material shall not be less than 1 (one) year from the day of its delivery.

The delivery of the dispensable material is considered completed when the person authorized by the purchaser and the person authorized by the supplier sign the receipt.
The supplier is obliged to submit a user’s guidelines in Macedonian for the delivered dispensable material.

2) For the offered dispensable material the economic operator is obliged to submit the following proof as a part of the technical offer:
— a decision for putting а medicine device into circulation or permission for parallel import in accordance with the law on medicines and medical devices, or
— a document issued by MALMED that the offered medical devices are not registered in the registry for medical devices of the Republic of North Macedonia and that a permission for their import will be issued if they are chosen for a tender.
