For technical or professional ability:

Documents necessary to prove the technical or professional capability of the economic operator:

— statement of availability with, i.e. provision of at least one gas station within a radius of 6 km from the motor depot (the motor depot of PE “Cleanliness and Greenery” — Kumanovo is located at Str. BratstvoiEdinstvo bb - opposite the city bus station). The statement shall state the address of the gas station and its exact distance to the motor depot. Except for the maximum distance, the Contracting Authority should not be burdened with additional costs,

— statement on the number of cisterns with a calibrated flow meter for the exact unloaded quantity or valid rental agreement with the copy of the traffic permit and a document for a calibrated flow meter issued by the Bureau of Meteorology or other legal entity authorized by the Ministry of Economy.

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional status of the economic operator:

— to dispose with or provide a minimum of 1 (one) gas station within a radius of maximum 6 km from the motor depot, obligatory for the bidders for Part 1,

— to dispose with a minimum of 1 (one) owned or rented cistern suitable for the transport of oil derivatives and for the same to have a calibrated flow meter for determining the exact unloaded quantity (cistern flow meters to be calibrated by the Bureau of Meteorology or a legal entity authorized by of the Ministry of Economy) — obligatory for the bidders for Part 2.

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
