— the offer, as well as the whole correspondence and documents related with the offer are submitted in Macedonian, — when the prices are expressed in letters, the foreign economic operator in the part of the offer is allowed to use English, — the tender documentation is downloaded from the website: https://e-nabavki.gov.mk NB: The contractual party is obliged to ask for catalogues with pages marked clearly for every part and ordinal number in the catalogue, and if necessary it can ask for applications and samples that will prove the technical specifications demands for the basic characteristics of the products that are subject of procurement. For the offered medical dispensable material, the economic operator is obliged to submit the following proof as a part of the technical offer: — a decision for putting a medical device into circulation or a temporary permission or a final permission for parallel import in accordance with the law on medicines and medical devices, — a sample from at least 2 (two) studies conducted by the manufacturer of the offered medical dispensable material – random published studies in magazines listed in current content with a minimum impact factor of 5 (it relates only to Part number 1, Part number 2, Part number 3, Part number 4, Part number 5 and Part number 7).

Terms and place of delivery

The supplier of the delivery is obliged to deliver the subject of the agreement successively, in accordance with the purchaser’s needs, in a period of 3 (three) days from the day of the receipt of the order, to the hospital pharmacy in the Public Health Institution Specialized Hospital for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases – Ohrid, settlement “St. Stefan” b.b. and on the day of the delivery, the goods’ period of sterility shall be at least half from the estimated period of sterility.

The terms and place of delivery are obligatory. Each offer that contains terms and place of delivery which differ from the ones determined in this item shall be considered unacceptable and it shall be rejected by the committee for public procurements. Method of payment

The following method of payment has been determined: The payment should be completed within 90 days from the day of the receipt of the goods on the basis of the invoice submitted in the archives of the purchaser.

The method of payment is obligatory. Each offer that contains a method of payment which differs from the one determined in this item shall be considered unacceptable and it shall be rejected by the committee for public procurements.

Variation in prices (correction of prices)

Correction of prices is not provided, i.e. the prices stated in the offer of the most favourable bidder shall be fixed for the whole duration of the agreement for public procurement.

— a condition for signing the agreement with the most favourable elected bidder is providing guarantee by the most favourable elected bidder for quality fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 5 % of the agreement value.
