— a statement that no effective court decision has been passed against the economic operator in the course of the last 5 years for participating in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or money-laundering,

— a certificate verifying that no bankruptcy proceedings are underway, issued by a competent authority,

— a certificate verifying that no liquidation procedure is underway, issued by a competent authority,

— a certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public charges, issued by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

— a certificate from the registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal persons, verifying that no secondary penalty of…

… prohibition to participate in public call procedures, be awarded public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts has been passed against the economic operator,

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform individual activity has been passed against the economic operator,

— a certificate verifying that no misdemeanour sanction has been passed against the economic operator – prohibition to perform profession, activity or other duty, or temporary prohibition to perform certain activity,

— a document for registered activity,

— a document for registered activity – a copy of a registration document verifying that the economic operator is registered in the register of food production facilities and food operators issued by the Food and Veterinary Agency of the Republic of Macedonia.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— a bank statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and if applicable, a bank statement of the turnover in the activity covered by the public procurement contract or a similar one, verifying the economic operator has cumulatively generated income of a minimum of 12 000 000,00 MKD, within the past 3 (three) years (2015, 2016, 2017).

— to have cumulatively generated income in the activity covered by the public procurement contract or a similar one, of a minimum of 12 000 000,00 MKD, within the past 3 (three) years (2015, 2016, 2017).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— a reference list of at least 3 (three) concluded contracts for deliveries of the same or similar type of commodity as the subject of the procurement, verified by providing at least 3 (three) certificates verifying the successful business collaboration between the Contracting Authorities and the economic operator, over the past 3 (three) years (2015, 2016, 2017) in the activity covered by the subject of the procurement, with a cumulative value of a minimum of 12 000 000,00 MKD, (the reference list is prepared and neatly archived by the economic operator, along with the certificates and if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement for performed deliveries shall suffice),

— a copy of a driving licence and a copy of a document verifying that the thermometer of the transportation vehicle has been calibrated. These documents shall verify that the economic operator shall distribute animal products by using a refrigerated transportation vehicle with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees and transport capacity of at least 750 kg; the economic operator may provide a valid document verifying that another economic operator shall provide all necessary technical and professional resources, that is, a refrigerated vehicle with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees and transport capacity of at least 750 kg (as well as a a document verifying that the thermometer of the transportation vehicle has been calibrated),

— a statement that technical staff, at least 2 (two)…

… cooks have been hired regardless of whether they are permanent employees or hired in another capacity by the economic operator; should the staff be not directly employed by the economic operator, the economic operator has to provide a contract verifying the business and technical collaboration with the said staff,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have concluded at least 3 (three) contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement, in the past 3 (three) years (2015, 2016, 2017), with a cumulative value of at least 12 000 000,00 MKD,

— to possess or have at their disposal at least 2 (two) refrigerated transportation vehicles with a transport capacity of at least 750 kg for transportation of animal products at low temperatures (0 to +10 degrees),

— to have employed or hired at least 2 (two) cooks,

— to have employed or hired at least 2 (two) drivers.
