— the offer, as well as the whole correspondence and documents related with the offer are submitted in Macedonian, — when the prices are expressed in letters, the foreign economic operator in the part of the offer is allowed to use English — the tender documentation is downloaded from the website: https://e-nabavki.gov.mk A notification as a follow-up to the technical specification: 1) For the offered dispensable material the economic operator is obliged to submit a decision for putting a medical device into circulation or a temporary or permanent permission for parallel import, in accordance with the law on medicines and medical devices; 2) The economic operator shall offer medical dispensable material whose period of sterility on the day of the delivery is at least half from the estimated period of sterility and for that it is obliged to submit a statement that the offered medical dispensable material on the day of the delivery will have a period of sterility of at least half from the estimated period of sterility; 3) For part 1 of the technical specification, the economic operator is obliged to submit a sample from at least 3 (three) studies conducted by the manufacturer of the offered medical dispensable material – random published studies in magazines listed in Current Content with a minimum impact factor of 5.

The supplier is obliged to deliver the amounts which are subject of the agreement…

… successively, in accordance with the purchaser’s needs and in accordance with a previously submitted order, thus the purchaser is not obliged to fulfill the complete amount stated in Article 1 of this agreement.

… in a period of 3 (three) days from the day of the receipt of the order, to the hospital pharmacy in the Public Health Institution Specialized hospital for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases – Ohrid, settlement ‘St. Stefan’ b.b. and on the day of the delivery, the goods’ period of sterility shall be at least half from the estimated period of sterility.

The delivery of the dispensable material is considered completed when the person authorized by the purchaser and the person authorized by the supplier sign the receipt.

The supplier is obliged to submit a user’s guidelines in Macedonian for the delivered dispensable material.

— a decision for wholesale of medicines and/or medical devices in accordance with the law on medicines and medical devices.

Catalogue or catalogues for every part of the offer and if necessary it can ask for samples with attached declarations that will prove the technical specifications demands for the basic characteristics of the products that are subject of procurement.

Guarantee for quality fulfillment of the agreement

— a condition for inducing the realization of the agreement with the most favourable elected bidder is providing bank guarantee for quality and promptly fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 5 % of the agreement value with VAT, which is submitted in its original form in a period not longer than 10 days from the signing of the agreement.
