In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
— statement that in the last 5 years no effective court verdict has been issued for committing an act of crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement,
— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country of registration of the economic operator,
— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…
… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— list of main deliveries of goods or services performed in the last 3 years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation for deliveries made or realised services,
— by specifying the management and monitoring system of the supply chain that the economic operator can apply when executing the contract,
— samples, description and/or photos of the products which are subject to delivery, whose credibility should be confirmed by the economic operator in case the contracting authority requests so,
— certificates and reports issued by competent authorities for quality control with recognized competency, which test the product suitability that was determined by referring to the specifications and the standards.
The economic operator should have supplied (delivered) minimum 2 (two) vehicles of the same or similar type referred to in the subject of the procurement in the last 5 (five) years, as well as minimum 1(one) completed contract for servicing and maintenance of the firefighting vehicles upgrade and equipment in the last 5 (five) years.

The economic operator should have an authorization by the manufacturer of the equipment, pump and other upgrade of the equipment.
Technical documentation of the product with description and graphic display of all items in the technical specification, as well as graphic display of the whole vehicle, all 4 sides. Prospectus material for the light panel with technical data.
The whole vehicle should be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority and with the safety and technical requirements in accordance with EN 1846-3:2013 (related to EN 1846-1:201 and EN 1846-2:2009+A1:2013). The complete firefighting equipment should be in accordance with the MKS, EN and DIN standards, whereby the following documents should be submitted:

(a) certificate of conformity for the water tank according to DIN 1846-2:2009+A1:2013, DIN 1846-3:2013;
(b) certificate of conformity of the water pump according to DIN 1028-1:2002+А1:2008, DIN 1028-2:2002+А1:2008 and certificate of conformity with the TS EN 1028;
(c) certificate of conformity for the monitor-nozzle; and
(d) certificate of conformity for the reel, translated into Macedonian language.
