In order to prove the personal standing, the economic operator shall also submit accompanying documentation offering proof of the following:
— a statement of the economic operator that no effective court judgment has been rendered in the past 5 years against him for participation in criminal association, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— certificate that no bankruptcy procedure has been initialized by competent authorities,
— certificate that no liquidation procedure has been initialized by competent authorities,
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties, issued by a competent authority from the country where the economic operator has been established,
— certificate by the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts by legal entities that regarding the bidder no secondary penalty —…
… a ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary or permanent interdiction to exercise particular activity has been imposed,
— certificate that no misdemeanor sanction — interdiction on exercising a profession, activity or responsibility, i.e. temporary interdiction to carry out particular activity, has been imposed with an effective court judgment.

— a proof (a copy of certificate/licenses) that the employees hold a certificate/a license for having passed the training on working with a global reservation system, issued by an authorized training center or a learning center of the airline companies — members of the IATA Association,
