— statement that in the past 5 years there was not any final judgment for penalty of Article 88 paragraph 1 of the PPL,
— confirmation by a competent organ that a…
… bankruptcy procedure was not opened,
… liquidation procedure was not opened,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered,
— certificate from the registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that…
… minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him,
… a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him,
— confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
— document for registered activity: obligatory for submission: document for registered activity – DRD as an evidence that it is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement contract subject or evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country that it is registered in. In the Republic of North Macedonia competent organ for issuing this document is the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Certificates and reports issued by competent organs for quality control with acknowledged competence, which test the convenience of products that was determined by the references to the specifications and standards. For registered medical devices: for the offered goods, the economic operator shall provide approval for putting into market circulation of a medical device or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, pursuant to the law on medicines and medical devices. For unregistered medical devices: for the offered goods, the economic operator shall provide document that allows import (approval for intervention import) pursuant to the law on medicines and medical devices.
