— certificate from register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity,
— certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on — interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity realization.

— extract of the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by competent authority i.e. revised income statement) and, where appropriate, extract of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date of incorporation or the date of commencement of operation of the enterprise and depending on the availability of such information.

1) List of works performed in the last 5 years by attaching confirmation letters for satisfactory performance of the most important works, confirmation letters including value, time and location of performance of the works and allegations of whether the works are performed in accordance with the rules of business operation and whether the same have been duly completed (for all agreements which prove the fulfilment of the aforementioned requirement);

2) Educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or their management, and in particular, the persons responsible for performing the specific works (by stating their name and surname and the function they perform according to the aforementioned requirement) by attaching the diplomas for completed education and authorizations (for engineers) and certificate of passed professional exam;

3) Notification on the contract elements that the bidder intends to assign to a subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
1) The bidder should have concluded at least 3 contracts performed with quality in the last 5 years in the area of high construction, at least 1 of which should be with a value of 60 000 000,00 MKD minimum;
2) The bidder should have available:
— 1 civil engineer holding an A authorization for construction in the area of the civil construction issued by the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of Republic of North Macedonia,
— 1 architectural engineer holding an A authorization for construction in the area of the architecture issued by the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of Republic of North Macedonia,
— 1 electrical engineer holding an A authorization for construction in the area of the electrical engineering issued by the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of Republic of North Macedonia,
— 1 mechanical engineer holding an A authorization for construction in the area of the mechanical engineering issued by the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of Republic of North Macedonia,
— 1 expert for occupational safety and health holding a certificate for passed professional exam.
Quality system standard: EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.
Occupational safety and health standard: BS OHSAS 18001:2007 or equivalent.
Standard for environmental management: EN ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent.
