Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

Document for registered activity. The economic operator must be licensed with License B for carrying out construction and building works on B category facilities

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of services - Copy of 3 contracts for constructed facilities in the past 5 years, stating values, dates and final service users in minimum amount of 15 000 000,00 MKD jointly for the three contracts certifying that the works are dully and qualitatively performed issued by the service recipients. If such confirmation is not available, then a simple statement by the economic operator shall be deemed as acceptable,

— Has engaged expert and technical staff and submit as proof contracts/statements for engaged staff or copy of M1/M2 forms for the employed staff and CV for the working experience of each candidate enclosing list of main services (copy of 3 construction contracts) in the past 5 years, stating values, dates and final service, certifying that the works are dully and qualitatively performed issued by the service recipients. If such confirmation is not available, then a simple statement by the economic operator shall be deemed as acceptable for:

— 1 construction engineer/architect engineer, licensed with B license for performing construction works/architecture, full time engagement on the site, having working experience on construction of minimum 3 facilities in the past 5 years,

— 1 architect engineer/construction engineer, licensed with B license for performing architecture/construction works, full time engagement on the site, having working experience on construction of minimum 3 facilities in the past 5 years,

— 1 electro engineer, licensed with B license for carrying out construction works, performing activities in the electricity phase, full time engagement on the site, having working experience on construction of minimum 3 facilities in the past 5 years,

— 1 mechanical engineer, licensed with B license for carrying out construction works, performing mechanical installations, full time engagement on the site, having working experience on construction of minimum 3 facilities in the past 5 years,

— Declare statement that the economic operator has engaged at least 15 qualified workers on the procurement subject, separately listed,

— Declare statement that the economic operator fully accepts and acknowledges the tender terms and conditions herein,

— Declare statement for engaged full time technical staff on the site, irrespective of whether they are directly employed by the economic operator,

— Declare statement for the contract’s parts which shall be transferred to subcontractors, if any.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— the bidder has completed 3 contracts for construction of facilities in the past 5 years, in minimum amount of 15 000 000,00 MKD jointly for the three contracts,

— Has engaged expert and technical staff:

— Has engaged at least 15 qualified workers on the procurement subject, separately listed,

— Preparedness to fully accept and acknowledge the tender terms and conditions herein,

— Declare statement for engaged full time technical staff on the site, irrespective of whether they are directly employed by the economic operator,

— Notice for the contract’s parts which shall be transferred to subcontractors, if any.
