In evidence of the personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following documents — Statement of the economic operator that in the past 5 years he has not been awarded verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering: — certificate that there is not bankruptcy procedure, issued by a competent body, — certificate that there is no liquidation procedure, issued by a competent body, — certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties, issued by the competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered — certificate from the registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that there is no ban for the legal entity for participation in public tendering procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership contracts, — certificate from the registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that there is no penalty in the form of temporary ban or permanent ban on performing certain activity, — certificate establishing that there is no valid legal sentence declaring a misdemeanor sanction — ban against performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban against performance of certain activity. IV.2.5) Standards for quality systems: — a copy of Certificate ISO 9001 certifying that the entity complies with the quality standard, a copy of the certificate of successfully implemented health and safety system on the job, OHSAS 18001. IV.2.6) Standards for environmental management: — a copy of certificate of successfully implemented environment management system ISO 14001.

Document on registered activity as evidence that the entity is registered as a legal or physical entity competent to perform the activities related to the subject of the public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to the relevant professional association, in accordance with the regulations of the country where such entity is registered, for which, it should submit a copy of construction performance license B, also acceptable shall be construction license A.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Statement of financial position and data from the profit and loss account, for the last three years, issued by a competent body.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Total turnover in the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) amounting to no less than 300 000 000,00 MKD.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— certificate from ESA (Employment agency of the Republic of North Macedonia) certifying the number of employees, issued not earlier than 15 days from the date stated as the deadline for submission of tenders,

— a copy of construction license A/B for the construction engineer, issued by the chamber of certified architects and engineers,

— a copy of licenses A/B for the engineer for performance of architecture, issued by the chamber of certified architects and engineers,

— a copy of construction license A/B for the electrical engineer, issued by the chamber of certified architects and engineers, construction license A/B for the mechanical engineer, issued by the chamber of certified architects and engineers,

— statement of the employed engineering staff for the realization of the subject of the procurement,

— copies of 2 (two) previously executed contracts, in the period from 2014 to December 2018 for the construction/reconstruction/refurbishment/adaptation of high rise facilities, of which, 1 contract with value no less than 50 000 000,00 MKD,

— furthermore, the contract should be accompanied with certificates for satisfactory performance of the works provided by the procuring entities,

— the certificates should contain the value, time and location of the performance of works (and if they do not contain such data, it is necessary to submit copies of the relevant contracts, or a document for technical approval on commissioning of the building, containing the required information, or another adequate document),

— statement for the required equipment, available to the economic operator,

— notification for the components of the agreement which the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum 15 employees, out of which 4 engineers (architect, construction, mechanical engineer and electrical engineer) with B construction license, also acceptable shall be construction license A,

— the entity should have available the following engineering staff:

—— 1 engineer with license A or B,

—— 1 architect with license A or B,

—— 1 electric engineer with License A/B,

—— 1 mechanical engineer with License A/B, with realized at least 2 (two) contracts in the period from 2014 to December 2018 for the construction/reconstruction/refurbishment/adaptation of high rise facilities, of which, one contract with value no less than 50 000 000,00, for all contracts the entity should provide certificates of performance issued by the procuring entity,

— the entity should have available the required equipment:

—— installment of scaffolding of minimum 2500 m
