In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict

Техничка и професионална способност:

For Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6:

1) The economic operator should have implemented minimum 3 (three) contracts for performed deliveries of goods/services of the same or similar type as the procurement in question in the last 3 years;

2) The economic operator should have available (to have in their possession) servicing area on the territory of the City of Skopje with minimum 300 m

3) The economic operator should have employed or engaged 7 persons where minimum: one (1) mechanical engineer, three (3) auto mechanics, one (1) car electrician, one (1) bodywork technician and one (1) vehicle painter;

4) The economic operator should have available (to have in their possession) the following: equipment (tools) for servicing and diagnosing defects (work stations, equipment and large tools for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, device for diagnosing defects, software for computer diagnostics of defects), minimum five (5) jack lifts for vehicles and a chamber for painting vehicles.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6:

1) Reference list of performed deliveries of goods/services of the same or similar type as the procurement in question in the last 3 years, specifying the data on the purchasers, the values and dates of the contracts, and enclosing minimum 3 certificates for timely and high-quality delivery of good/services for the specified contracts, issued by the purchasers given in the reference list;

2) Statement on availability of own servicing area and specifying the data on the location and area thereof;

3) Statement on engagement of technical personnel and specifying their educational and professional qualifications, especially for persons who are responsible for the performed deliveries of goods/services, in accordance with the required criteria;

4) Statement on technical equipment and capacities of the economic operator, specifically the data on the availability of own: work stations, equipment and large tools for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, device for diagnosing defects, minimum five (5) jack lifts for vehicles and a chamber for painting vehicles, work stations, as well as other data on equipment and potential.
