Statement that in the last 5 years no effective court verdict has been issued for committing an act of crime pursuant to Article 88 Paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement:

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country of registration,

— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict,

— document for registered activity or a proof that the economic operator is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance with the legal regulations of the country of registration and — a copy of ‘A’ License in accordance with the Law on Tourism Activity issued by the Ministry of Economy or by an authorized institution in accordance with Article 25 of the Law on Tourism Activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Description of the technical personnel and the technical authorities which will participate in the performance of the public procurement, especially of those responsible for quality control, and in case of public procurement of works, description of those which will be included in the performance of the works, regardless of whether they are employees of the economic operator or not: the economic operator should have minimum 1 employee holding a certificate/license for work with global airline reservation systems in regular international traffic (Amadeus, Galileo or other appropriate global reservation systems) issued by an authorized training centre or by a training centre within the airline companies — members of IATA:

— description of the technical conditions and measures which the economic operator uses to ensure quality, as well as a description of its research and development capacities: the economic operator should be connected to minimum one global airline reservation system (Amadeus, Galileo or other appropriate global airline reservation systems),

— statement regarding the instruments, plants or the technical equipment that the service provider or the contractor possesses for the purposes of implementation of the contract: the economic operator should have minimum 1 access/user to a reservation system,

— standards for quality systems: the bidder should be a member of IATA (International Air transport Association) in the current year. As a proof, the bidder should submit a contract or a IATA membership certificate valid for the current year (a copy verified by the bidder).
