In order to prove its personal condition the economic operator is obliged to submit the following documents:
— statement that in the past 5 years it was not rendered a valid final verdict for committed crime in accordance to Article 88, Paragraph 1 of the PPL,
— confirmation by a competent organ that a…
… bankruptcy procedure was not opened,
… liquidation procedure was not opened,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered,
— certificate from the register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him,
— certificate from the registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him,
— confirmation that a final judgment - prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
Document for registered activity — As an evidence that it meets the conditions for professional capacity the economic operator shall submit:
— confirmation for registered activity (DRD From) as an evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or an evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered. In the Republic of North Macedonia competent organ for issuing this kind of a document is the central register of the Republic of North Macedonia. When determining the capacity for performing professional activity of economic operators, the contracting organ shall also require evidence issued by competent organs for meeting the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by the legislation related to the public procurement subject. The economic operator shall prove the meeting of special conditions by submitting a License for performing insurance works in the relevant class of insurance that is the subject of the public procurement.

The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the minimum criteria by submitting of: evidence of reinsurance by submitting copy — confirmation of the reinsurance contract with the first reinsurer with minimum “A” credit rating of Year 2019.

In order to qualify as capable of performing the subject public procurement contract from the aspect of its technical and professional capacity, the economic operator should meet the following minimum conditions: In order to qualify as capable for performing the subject public procurement contract (for Part 1 insurance of property and equipment) from the aspect of its technical and professional capacity, the economic operator should meet the following minimum conditions: to have reinsurance coverage for reinsurance that has minimum of “A” credit rating determined by standard and poor’s or Am best.
