— Statement of the economic operator proving that in the last 5 years it hasn’t been sentenced for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundering; - Certificate that a bankruptcy procedure has not been initiated by the competent body; - Certificate that a liquidation procedure has not been initiated by the competent body; - Certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties, issued by the competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered; - Certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed acts of crime by legal entities that the economic operator has not been issued an additional penalty of a ban on participating in procedures for public call for bids, for awarding public procurement contracts and for contracts on public - private partnership; - Certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed acts of crime by legal entities that the economic operator has not been issued an additional penalty of a temporary or permanent ban on performing a certain activity

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Authorisation from the equipment manufacturer that the bidder is authorised to perform service of the appliances, - Certificate for completed training of a repairer who has attended training for service-related subject of the procurement, - Statement for the engaged technical personnel, with which he undertakes to provide experts, ie trained repairers for interventions, within 24 hours upon an oral and written call from the contracting authority, - Statement from the bidder indicating that, if selected as the most favourable bidder, obligatory installed material al-spare parts to suit the appliances in the technical specifications, ie to be original from the manufacturer "or equivalent" and the warranty of the replacement parts will be with a minimum of 6 months, - Statement from the bidder that the consumables are compatible to the appliances in the technical specifications.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To be authorised by the equipment manufacturer to provide service for the service of the specified equipment in the technical specification, - To provide qualified professional staff who will be responsible for providing the specific services and at least one trained service provider who has attended trainings, - Provide availability - the technical personnel - trained repairers for interventions, - the characteristics of the offered spare parts to suit the appliances stated in the technical specifications, ie to be original from the manufacturer, - the spare parts to be compatible with the appliances listed in the technical specifications.
