In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement that in the last 5 years no effective court verdict has been issued for committing an act of crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement,

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— confirmation from the register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced,

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective vCapability of the economic operator for performing professional activity,

— document for registered activity: in order to prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as proof that the bidder is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to perform the activity related with the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that the bidder belongs to the relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the bidder is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— experience in installation, implementation and user support of Microsoft licenses with at least 1 concluded contract, same as the subject of the procurement in the last 3 years (2019, 2018 and 2017) with value equivalent or higher than the value of the procurement at annual level,

— authorisation by the producer of the licenses that the economic operator/group of bidders and all its members is/are authorised for sale of licences and services which are subject of the procurement, by stating the number of the announcement and addressed to the contracting authority.
