In order to prove its personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— a declaration by the economic operator that he was not rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering in the last 5 years,

— confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings undertaken by the competent authority,

— confirmation that there is no liquidation procedure undertaken by the competent authority,

— receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established,

— certificate from the registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty…

… - ban to participate in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership — has not been imposed,

… for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed,

— confirmation that the final sentence has not been imposed as a crime sanction that prohibits performing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing specific activity,

In order to prove its ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— document for registered activity as a proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity for performance related to the subject of the contract for public procurement, or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

In order to qualify as capable for execution of the subjected procurement from the aspect of its technical or professional ability, the economic operator should meet the following minimum requirements:

— the economic operator should have a minimum of 3 machines — apparatuses for front welding for HDPE pipes with the dimension of tubes of up to DN630 (the machines need to be certified by an authorized certification body),

— the economic operator should have (has employed or engaged) at least 3 (three) operators — handlers for the machines for front welding for HDPE pipes with dimension of the tubes up to DN630.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator shall prove the fulfilment of the minimum requirements in subsection by submitting:

— evidence/statement that it disposes with (has a property of, or has rented) at least 3 (three) machines apparatuses for front welding for HDPE pipes with dimension of the tubes up to DN630 with the attached certificate (certificate) issued by an authorized certification body),

— a statement that it has employed or engaged at least 3 (three) professionals operators — handlers with the machines-welders for front welding of HDPE pipes with dimension of the tubes of up to DN630 with the attached certificate (certificate, certificate) issued by the certified body for capability of welders.
