… persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against it,

… persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against it,

— certificate that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against it.

IV.2.2) Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:

— DRD Form (Document on Registered Economic Activity),

— the economic operator has to enclose to the Bid proof that it is authorised to conduct technical inspection of motor vehicles issued by the Ministry of Interior as per the Law on road safety.

For Lot 1: statement that has at its disposal station for technical inspection of vehicles located at 15 km distance from its head office to bus depot Avtokomanda with minimum height of the entrance door of 4,3 m.

For Lot 2: statement that has at its disposal station for technical inspection of vehicles located at 15 km distance from its head office to bus depot Gjorche Petrov with minimum height of the entrance door of 4,3 m.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Lot 1: economic operator has to have at its disposal station for technical inspection of vehicles located not more than 15 km from bus depot Avtokomanda (located at Bul. Aleksandar Makedonski 10, 1000 Skopje) with minimum height of the entrance door of 4,3 m (in order to serve double-decker buses).

For Lot 2: economic operator has to have at its disposal station for technical inspection of vehicles located not more than 15 km from bus depot Gjorche Petrov (located at ul. 4 Juli bb, 1000 Skopje) with minimum height of the entrance door of 4,3 m (in order to serve double-decker buses).
