— Evidence for relevant insurance for a fee in case of occupational risk: insurance against professional performance of activity for a fee in case of occupational risk.
— Balance sheet issued by a competent body, i.e. audited balance sheet, or balance sheet extracts, in instances when the publishing of the balance sheet is legally prescribed in the economic operator's domicile country: Income of at least MKD 25 000 000.00 over the last 3 years (2017, 2018, 2019).

— With a list of main deliveries of goods or services rendered with values, dates, procurers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered: the bidder to have implemented at least 5 (five) contracts worth at least MKD 3 000 000.00, in the last 3 years of the same nature as the subject of procurement.

• movable scaffolding up to 10 m height,

• transport vehicles — to have pickups, at least х 3 vehicles, to have a van at least х 1 vehicle.
