Ability of the economic operator to perform professional activity
— document for registered activity: certificate for registered value.
Економска и финансиска состојба:
— evidence for relevant insurance for a fee in case of occupational risk: insurance against professional performance of activity for a fee in case of occupational risk;
— balance sheet issued by a competent body, i.e. audited balance sheet or balance sheet extracts, in instances when the publishing of the balance sheet is legally prescribed in the economic operator's domicile country: annual income of at least MKD 7 000 000.00 in each of the last 3 years (2017, 2018, 2019) in the activity related to the subject of public procurement.

— With a list of main deliveries of goods or services rendered with values, dates, procurers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered: the bidder shall have concluded and implemented at least 3 (three) contracts worth at least MKD 2 000 000.00 each in the last 3 years (2017, 2018, 2019) of the same nature as the subject of procurement.

— Including description of the technical staff and technical authorities involved in the execution of the public procurement, in particular those responsible for quality assurance, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the performance of works, regardless of whether or not they are employed at the economic operator:

• the persons who will be engaged for the works where work at height is required shall have completed training in work at height.
— With a statement of the instruments, facilities or technical equipment, that the service provider or the performer of works have at their disposal for contract performance:
(i) the bidder shall have at least the following equipment:
• hard and soft floor cleaning machines x 4 pieces,
• carpet washing machines x 3 pieces,
• vacuum cleaners x 20 pieces,
• steam machine х 2 pieces,
• movable cleaning carts х 20 pieces,
• professional mops of all types х 50 pieces,
• buckets with strainers х 50 pieces with toilet mops,
• transport vehicles;
(ii) to have at least x 3 vehicles for carrying out the activity.
