To prove its state, the economic operator should submit the following documentation:

— economic operator's statement that in the last 5 years there was no legal procedure or charges against him for corruption pursuing the Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on public procurement;

— certificate that there is no open procedure for…

… insolvency issued by authorities;

… liquidation issued by authorities;

— certificate for paid taxes, incomes, contributions and other types of duties issued by authorities from the state where the economic operator is registered;

— certificate issued by the Register for criminal records and charges that no prohibition or…

… verdict have been pronounced to participate in invitation of tenders, to conclude public procurement contracta and to conclude contracts for public-private partnership,

… verdict, permanent or temporary, have been pronounced to perform any activity;

— certificate that there is no verdict or sanction — prohibition to do any kind of job, work, activity or obligation, temporary or permanent.

Capability of the economic operator to do professional activities: documents for registered activities — document for registered business activity — form DRD or certificate for registered actities — valid licence in dealing with electric current, purchase and supply with electric current issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Certificates and reports issued by the service provider for the instruments, plants and equipment used in the fulfilment of the agreement: in order to be qualified as suitable and capable for purchase of the procurement subject, in technical and professional capability, the economic operator needs to meet the following minimal conditions: to possess EIC code issued by AD MEPSO Skopje to supply and purchase electric current, to be registered as participant at the electric current market pursuing the book of rule of electric current market, to have confirmation of balance responsibility pursuing the book of rule of electric current market during the agreement validity and during the whole period of purchase of the electric current. The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimal conditions mentioned above in 2.4.1 by enclosing: document for EIC code issued by AD MEPSO Skopje, Valid contract between AD MEPSO and the economic operator for participation at the electric current market, statement of balance responsibility pursuing the book of rule of electric current market during the agreement validity and during the whole period of purchase of the electric current.
