The subject of the contract is divisible. The economic operator may submit tender for one, several or all parts of the subject of the public procurement contract. The economic operator may not divide the integral elements of the individual part. For each individual part of the subject of the contract, a separate electronic auction will be conducted through the electronic system for public procurement (https://e-nabavki.gov.mk). Subject of the electronic auction shall be the total price including all the costs and discounts, without VAT for the subject of the public procurement contract. The price of the tender shall also include import duties, if any, and they shall be separately expressed, as well.

Техничка и професионална способност:
In order to qualify as competent for execution of the respective public procurement contract from the aspect of technical and professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum requirements:
— the economic operator shall possess a minimum b-integrated environmental permit or equivalent.
The economic operator shall confirm the fulfilment of the minimum requirements of subitem
— proof for possessing a minimum b-integrated environmental permit, issued by the competent authority or equivalent.
All statements for proving the technical capability submitted and prepared by the economic operator are electronically signed by the economic operator itself and they shall not be verified by a competent authority.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
In order to qualify as competent for execution of the respective public procurement contract from the aspect of standard on environmental management, the economic operator shall meet the following standards:
— Standard on environmental management: ISO 14001: 2015 or equivalent.
The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the standards on environmental management by submitting the following:
— Certificate for Standard on Environmental Management ISO14001:2015 or equivalent.
