• statement that, within the last 5 years, it has not been issued an effective court judgment for committed offence in Article 88, paragraph 1 of the LPP (Law on Public Procurement);

• certificate that it is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;

• certificate that it is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;

• certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

• certificate from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against it;

• certificate from the registry of offences for committed crimes by legal persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against it;

• certificate that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction - prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or provisional prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against it.

— License to operate from the Insurance Supervision Agency.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum annual revenue for 2017 and 2018 in the total amount of MKD 25 000 000.00 (individually for each year).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to have reinsurance coverage from a reinsurance undertaking with a minimum ‘A-’ rating – established by the standard and poor’s rating.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— at least 3 (three) signed contracts of the bidder for insurance of legal entities’ property in the last 3 years with a minimum value of EUR;

— at least three-year experience in property insurance;

— to have reinsurance coverage from a reinsurance undertaking with a minimum ‘A-’ rating – established by the standard and poor’s rating,

— to have employed technical staff, who will be responsible for performing the procurement subject matter.
