— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Registry of Penalties for…

… Criminal Offenses Committed to Legal Entities that no secondary penalty has been imposed for banning participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for Public Private Partnership;

… committed criminal offenses of the legal entities that a secondary penalty of temporary or permanent prohibition to perform a certain activity has not been pronounced;

— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction has not been pronounced with a final judgment — prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a certain activity IV.2.2) ability to perform professional activity of the economic operator.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

To prove its ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal person to perform the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that he/she belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Authorisation from the equipment manufacturer that the bidder is authorised to perform service/maintenance on the appliances;

— certificate for completed training of the service provider who has attended trainings for services/maintenance of subject of the procurement;

— statement for engaged technical staff, which undertakes to provide experts, i.e. trained intervention servers within 24 hours after an oral and written call from the contracting authority;

— statement from the bidder stating that if he is selected as the most favorable bidder, he is obliged to respond to the appropriately installed material — spare parts. in the technical specifications, i.e. to be original from the manufacturer ‘or equivalent’ and the guarantee of the replaced parts will be with a minimum of 6 months;

— statement from the bidder that the consumables are compatible with the appliances in the technical specifications.
