Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— Document for registered activity — DRD form or confirmation for registered activity,
— Decision for wholesale trade with drugs in accordance with the law on medication and medical devices.
— Certificates and reports issued by competent quality control bodies with recognized competence, which test the suitability of the products which was clearly determined by the references to the specifications and standards:
1) For the registered medical devices:
— Decision for placing on the market of a medical device or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the law on drugs and medical devices.
2) For Class 1 medical devices:
— Declaration of conformity by the manufacturer.
3) If the product does not belong to the group of medical devices to submit:
— certificate for analysis of the product; or
— confirmation from Malmed that it does not belong to the group of medical devices.
