Proof that the economic operator is registered as a natural or legal person for carrying out the activity related to the subject of procurement.

In order to prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator shall submit:

— document of registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal person for carrying out the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

In order to qualify as capable of executing the public procurement contract in question in terms of its technical and professional capability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

1) Have hired appropriate technical personnel who have the relevant procurement knowledge, trained and certified by economic operators authorised by the manufacturer of the software licenses and training offered either directly by the manufacturer, i.e.:

(a) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a Microsoft certified solution expert MCSE — server infrastructure certificate or equivalent;

(b) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of experience with a Microsoft certified solution expert MCSE Certificate — cloud platform and infrastructure or equivalent;

(c) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a Microsoft certified solution associate — cloud platform certificate or equivalent;

(d) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a Microsoft certified solution associate — Office 365 Certificate or equivalent;

(e) at least one (1) employed or engaged person with at least 5 years of work experience with a Microsoft operations framework certificate or equivalent;

(f) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with ITIL Expert in IT service management certificate or equivalent;

(g) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of experience with a Prosci Change Management certificate or equivalent;

At least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a PMP (project management professional) or equivalent certificate.

Note: it is allowed for the same person to hold multiple certificates.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of minimum requirements by submitting:

Statement of engaged technical staff (whether they belong directly to the economic operator) that the bidder has hired appropriate technical staff who will be available and directly hired for the realisation of the procurement, with specially stated duties and activities for realisation of the procurement. Enclosures to the statement should be biographies and certificates of engagement technical personnel according to the requirements of 2.3.3.1, sub-item 1.

Note: if persons are engaged, i.e. not employed by the economic operator, personally signed statements by the engaged persons should be attached to the statement submit that they will be made available to the economic operator and shall participate in the realisation of the subject of procurement, accordingly the stated tasks and activities.
