— confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings opened against the operator by a competent authority

— confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings opened against the operator by a competent authority

— receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the operator is registered

— certificate from the registry of penalties for criminal acts by legal entities that minor penalty…

— confirmation that a final judgment for sanction a prohibition of professional activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed.

— with list of main deliveries of goods or completed services with values, dates, buyers (contracting parties or economic operators), by obtaining confirmation for completed deliveries or completed services:

— samples, description and/or photographs of products which are subject of delivery, which credibility the economic operator is obligated to confirm upon request of the contracting party:

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— list of completed works in the last 3 years, by submitting confirmation for satisfactory performance of the most important works. The form given within this tender documentation should be used for submission of lists the lists and the confirmations,

— catalogues with photographs for the offered goods with detailed technical of the offered equipment, from which it is possible to see if the offered equipment meets the requirements from the technical specification. Inside the catalogues, the photographs shell clearly mark those technical characteristics of the offered goods which are required within technical specifications of the tender documentation. Should be marked with a color pen (marker) and marked with order numbers.
