In case of a need, the Ministry of Finance as a contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of the measuring points, for which the bidder will be informed in time.
It is estimated that the electricity needed for a 12-month period will be around 1 873 000,00 kWh, whereas the estimation for reactive electricity for a 12-month period will be around 56 760,00 kwar.

Any economic operator who is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of procurement or belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration shall have the right to participate in the subject procedure.

The right to participate in the procedure shall have every economic operator that fulfills the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by law, which refer to the subject of procurement as follows:
— every economic operator that holds a license for performing energy activity, trade or supply of electricity, issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia,
— every economic operator that possesses EIC code issued by AD MEPSO — Skopje, as supplier of electricity and/or as trader of electricity,
— every economic operator that processes decision for participation on the electricity market in accordance with the rules on the electricity market,
— every economic operator that has a valid agreement for participation on the electricity market.
